We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to provide leading IT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, creating project documentations and schedules, managing scope change requests, and estimating project timelines.

Ensure project success by driving day to day operations through sound project management principles and methodologies.

Work closely with business owners, business users and technical team members.
-
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications, verbally and through written documentation, to project team members and client stakeholders so that solutions are understood.

Take ownership of major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolutions, effective communication to stakeholders, and incident retros/learnings.
-
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
-
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
-
Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; managing budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective action.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Skills and Experience:
-
5+ years project management experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Deep technical understanding and experience as a developer, manager or lead in the tech sector is required.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor others.

Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.

Proven experience and knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience with JIRA/Confluence and agile planning/tracking tools.
-
Strong management, communication, technical and collaboration skills are a must

Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions directly with clients, team members and other stakeholders.

Strong customer service orientation.
Nice to have:

IT experience in public sector environments.

Certified Scrum Master Training or experience in a Scrum Master role within a project team.

Project management qualification (PMP etc.)
