We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to provide leading IT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities and is a Subject Matter Expert in assigned business domains.

Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.

Work closely with the business and customers to elicit and analyze requirements and document them in Business Requirement documents.

Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful minutes and reports.
-
Work closely with business owners, business users and technical team members.
-
Create documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, process flows, and wireframes.
-
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications, verbally and through written documentation, to project team members and client stakeholders so that solutions are understood.

Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.

Take ownership of major incidents, ensuring coordination of resolutions, effective communication to stakeholders, and incident retros/learnings.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; managing budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective action.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Skills and Experience:
-
5+ years project management/business analysis experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Recent experience performing business analysis in the capture, formulation, and validation of integrated business requirements for medium-large, complex systems projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor others.

Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.

Experience with Agile Development processes and agile planning/tracking tools.

Strong management, communication, technical and collaboration skill are a must;

Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions directly with clients, team members and other stakeholders.

Strong customer service orientation.
Nice to have:

IT experience in Government environments.

Familiarity with collaboration/team workspace software, project management tools, Automated QA and wire-framing or visualization tools.
